Our butcher shop
In Thessaloniki, traditionally for the area of food, the area of Vasileos Heraklion has always been the most special and busiest market. Here, from 1924 until the end of the 90s, our family was active in the food trade of superior quality.
We, the next generation who grew up and loved this neighborhood, in October 2014 opened a delicatessen Butcher shop. We named it "The Central".
In our butcher shop you will find only Greek meats, the best from all over Greece.
Our innovation, however, is our gourmet preparations. We have created for you dozens of delicatessen options with all kinds of meats, traditional but also original recipes with a lot of love, knowledge and respect for our customers. Ready to bake.
